The History of Our Columbia-area, South Carolina Firm and Our
Burn / Personal Injury Lawyers

Walker & Morgan, LLC values its legacy of accomplishment. Over the years, we have established a reputation as one of Lexington and Columbia, South Carolina 's most distinguished law firms. The personal injury and burn injury lawyers at Walker & Morgan, LLC have extensive trial experience and the competence, resources, and personnel so essential to the proper handling of a case from start to finish.

Walker & Morgan, LLC, is a successor in interest to the law practice created by the late A. Frank Lever, Jr. (1918-2000). Frank Lever was admitted to the South Carolina Bar Association in 1942. He served as a State Family Court Judge from 1977 until 1983, when he became of counsel to the firm.

Judge Lever practiced with the late Frank Shealy at the firm of Lever and Shealy. Judge Lever was a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives and the son of late U.S. Congressman A. Frank Lever, who represented South Carolina's Second District.

While championing the cause of the everyday individual has been one of the fortes of the firm’s lawyers, the changing characteristics of the county have seen the practice evolve into burn injury litigation, electrical injury, commercial litigation, construction defects, unfair commercial trade practices, government liability, and eminent domain. We practice in these areas in addition to traditional, complex tort, and personal injury matters.

We treasure the reputation and experience we inherited from the success of our predecessor firms. Our Lexington/Columbia, South Carolina burn injury and personal injury lawyers are eager to consult with you.
