William P. Walker, Jr., is one of the most experienced trial attorneys in South Carolina. A lawyer since 1973, Billy Walker has represented clients in over 200 jury trials. He has considerable experience in all phases of complex personal injury litigation, burn trauma and electrical injury cases, construction litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, various types of wrongful death claims, and automobile personal injury cases in addition to the defense of numerous serious criminal prosecutions.
